We love doing children’s services!  All well-behaved children are welcome when they have service appointments.  Arrangements should be made outside of the salon for children without service appointments. Because of the hot and sharp objects throughout the salon, we appreciate your constant vigilance and understanding.  Running, spinning, and climbing are not allowed because of their effect on other guest’s salon experience. 

Product returns:

We believe in the products that we recommend.  Unused products can be returned for a full refund within 14 days.  Gently used products purchased at Cake can be exchanged toward other products of your choice.  No refunds on used products.  Brush and makeup purchases are final.

Hot tools:

Our tools (flat irons, blow-dryers etc) can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase in original packaging.  All manufacturer warranties must be handled directly.

Late policy:

Out of respect for your stylist, and their other salon guests, we ask you to make every attempt to be early, or at least on time.  If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will ask you to reschedule.  Once is a mistake, twice is a coincidence, but multiple appointments needing to be rescheduled will be considered a no-show.

No Shows:

For new salon guests:
If you no-show to your first appointment or cancel the day of the appointment, you may be asked to pay 1/2 the service price of the appointment that you missed before being allowed to book any future appointments.

For existing guests:
Once is a mistake. Twice is a habit. Out of respect for your stylist’s time, repeated no-show guests will be asked to pay for the services they missed before being able to reserve future appointments.

Not happy with your hair?

You are our top priority.  We are committed to ensuring that you are happy with every service that you receive.  We welcome the opportunity to adjust things more to your liking at our own expense.  Your stylist would love to do the adjustment.  If you are more comfortable with a different stylist, we are happy to accommodate your needs.  We always thank you for your honesty and for the opportunity to serve you better.
